Teen Charged in Magna Catholic Church Vandalism and Burglary

POLICE HAVE IDENTIFIED THREE TEENAGERS, WHO THEY BELIEVE CAUSED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGE TO A CHURCH IN MAGNA, IN AUGUST.

A 16-YEAR-OLD BOY HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH FELONY BURGLARY, CRIMINAL MISCHIEF AND THEFT.

HE'S ACCUSED OF BREAKING INTO "OUR LADY OF LOURDES CATHOLIC CHURCH," ALONG WITH TWO OTHER JUVENILE BOYS.

POLICE SAY THE THREE ENTERED THE CHURCH -- THROUGH THE PRIEST'S HOME -- WHILE HE WAS OUT OF TOWN.

THEY'RE ACCUSED OF DESTROYING STATUES AND GLASS DOORS.

POLICE ALSO BELIEVE THEY LEFT WITH WINE, A CRUCIFIX AND A 32-INCH TELEVISION.
