Federal Investigators to Assist in Determining What Sparked Massive Salt Lake Fire

THE ALCOHOL, TOBACCO AND FIREARMS FEDERAL AGENCY IS SENDING A RESPONSE TEAM FROM DENVER, TO HELP SALT LAKE FIRE INVESTIGATORS DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THAT MASSIVE FIRE, THAT DESTROYED A 4-STORY APARTMENT BUILDING, THAT WAS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

AUTHORITIES HAVE ALSO INCREASE THE DAMAGE ESTIMATE, NOW TO $2.5-MILLION.

FIRE OFFICIALS SAY IT COULD TAKE WEEKS TO PIN DOWN THE SOURCE OF THE 4-ALARM BLAZE.

THE FIRE COMPLETELY DESTROYED THE 64-THOUSAND SQUARE FOOT STRUCTURE.

THERE WERE NO INJURIES.
